NO METAL SPIKES. Spikes may be changed in the clubhouse for a small fee.
PLEASE arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled tee time. If you are not here and ready to tee off,
you may lose your tee time.
YOU are responsible for as many tee times
as you have registered for. If you do not show up with your entire group, you will still be charged for all green fees.
EVERYONE on the golf course must register at the clubhouse and must have a receipt.
ABSOLUTELY no ride-a-longs, walk-a-longs, or caddies are allowed on the golf course. Everyone on
the golf course must pay green fees. No children under six years of age. NO EXCEPTIONS!
ALL
food and beverages on golf course grounds must be purchased from Albion Ridges. No private beer or liquor is to be carried
on or consumed on the golf course. This is a state law. Anyone violating this rule may have their alcohol confiscated and
may be removed from the course without a refund. DO NOT enter water hazards to retrieve balls!
DO NOT search for balls in fields! They are no trespassing zones and we must respect neighbors property.
WHITE stakes mark out-of-bounds, YELLOW stakes mark
water hazards, RED stakes mark lateral water hazards.
LOCAL
RULE: Any trees under 5 feet, you may drop your ball two club lengths away, no closer to the pin without penalty.
PLAY without delay and allow faster groups to play through if there
is empty space ahead. Players should be able to play nine holes in 2 hours, 10 minutes or less. Management reserves the right
to regulate play and may have you pick up your ball and skip to another hole or holes if you fall behind. When the course
is full and there is no space in front of you, twosomes and threesomes should expect to play at a foursome pace. The ranger
will be one the course to help and assist you.
REPAIR all ball marks
and divots promptly and RAKE all marks in sand bunkers.
PROPER attire
must be worn at all times. This means shoes and shirts on!
PROPER etiquette
must be observed at all times. Abusive or offensive language, behavior, or drunkenness will not be tolerated. Violators may
be told to leave the course without a refund.
FIVESOMES Must receive
permission from management; rent and ride carts and be capable of a four hour round.
Rainchecks
are based on the number of holes completed and will only be given when the course is closed by management due to severe weather.
Do not assume the weather at your house is the same as at Albion Ridges. If the course is not closed, no shows will be charged.
Rainchecks maybe redeemed for greenfees and cart fees only.
MANAGEMENT
may join singles, twosomes and threesomes to form foursomes.
9 HOLE
green fees are limited on weekends until 2:00 PM.
ALL players must
re-register at the clubhouse to play additional holes. Golfers scheduled for only nine holes do NOT always have priority on
the number 10 tee box.
Golfers coming off of a first nine have priority
on their next starting tee box.
NO pull carts or bags allowed on the
greens.
RULES for motorized carts
- All
drivers must be of legal driving age and have a driver’s license.
- Motorized carts must
remain on the course at all times. Do not drive on or across roads.
- Keep motorized carts at
least 30 feet from all greens.
- Keep motorized carts off all tee boxes.
- Keep motorized carts out of low area, roped off areas, and off mounds.
- Motorized cart
renters/private owners are responsible for all damages caused by motorized carts.
- Maximum of
two persons per motorized cart.
MANAGEMENT may revoke
a ticket without refund at any time for failure to obey rules, signs, policies, or instructions of Albion Ridges management
or employees.
MANAGEMENT is not responsible for lost items or accidents.
Persons play at their own risk.
THERE is no place on the course safe
from lightning. Nature gives its own danger signals. Watch for skies that are black and lightning with thunder and take safety
precautions as posted in the clubhouse and recommended by the USGA.
PRICES are
subject to change and are set at the discretion of the management.
